Ray Romano is an American actor and stand-up comedian. His most well-known performance was in the CBS comedy Everybody Loves Raymond as Raymond “Ray” Barone, for which he received three Primetime Emmy Awards (two as producer and one as actor). Additionally, he is well-known for serving as Manny’s main voice in the Ice Age series from 2002 to 2016. In addition, he has been nominated for two Grammy Awards and two Golden Globes, among other honors.

On the American comedy NewsRadio, he casted to portray Joe (originally named Rick). However, he was sacked, and Greg Lee took his place in the pilot, followed by Joe Rogan for the remainder of the series.
