Eileen joined ABC7 WJLA in Washington, D.C., as a meteorologist and weather producer in December 2011. She also serves as a TitleStorm Chaser Meteorologist on Good Morning Washington and GMW Meteorologist & Feature Reporter.

Her enthusiasm for weather continued to develop, as the years passed by. She would follow storms “live” from outside her home, stick paper maps on her dividers, and imagine she was giving a live weather estimate on-air and compare her own conjectures to other neighborhood meteorologists. She really saw both Doug Hill and Bob Ryan! While at the college, She was engaged with the National Broadcasting Society, The Geographic Society, and different associations across the grounds. She completed two temporary positions while at SU. She interned with Sue Palka at FOX 5 in DC and at WMDT in Salisbury, MD.

After graduation, Eileen handled her first live situation at WBOC in Salisbury, MD. She began working the end-of-the-week morning show and afterward proceeded to anchor the workday morning and early afternoon shows. Presently, she’s back, where every one of her figures began – in DC!

Eileen has been a weather lover since the age of 6. Her adoration for the weather began, basically, in light of her father’s business. Her father is a commercial material contractor, so his business depends intensely on everyday weather conjectures. Eileen says she has affectionate recollections of watching different weather reports with him in the mornings before she would leave for school and he would take off to work. Eileen carefully viewed the radar and refreshed her father, by means of wireless, where the downpour/storm/snow was found and where it was going, so he realized which occupations he could complete outside (this was once upon a time before our PDAs could give us live weather updates/live radar streams through Apps like StormWatch).

In her off time, Eileen appreciates investing heaps of energy with her loved ones, perusing a decent book on the seashore, attempting new specialty lagers, working out, learning new things about the weather, and meeting new individuals.
