KTLA 5 News at 5 p.m. is now hosted by acclaimed American senior producer and multimedia journalist Andy Riesmeyer. Additionally, he co-anchors KTLA’s 5 Live, which premieres at 4 p.m. on the KTLA+ app and KTLA.com. KTLA 5 News welcomed Riesmeyer in November of last year. He is also well known for creating the Hot Wheels content for Mattel.

Riesmeyer also served as the showrunner for the daily comedy program Full-screen @fullscreen, which has had over 140 million views. He also produced a successful clip show for DirecTV.
