American journalist, author, and executive producer Emily Chang. She is the host and executive producer of Bloomberg Technology, a daily television program that focuses on global technology and features interviews with successful businesspeople, investors, and executives. She also wrote Brotopis: Breaking Up the Boys’ Club of Silicon Valley, a book that makes sexism and gender inequality claims about the tech sector.

Chang joined Harvard University after graduating from the Punahou School in 1998 and went on to receive an A.B. (magna cum laude) in social studies there. She worked as a correspondent for KNSD, an NBC affiliate in San Diego, California, until joining CNN in 2007. She reported for MSNBC there, where she also won five regional Emmys. At NBC in New York, she began her career as a news reporter.

She also worked as a foreign correspondent for CNN from 2007 to 2010, headquartered in Beijing and London.
