Miller was a passenger in a car that was stopped in Pittsburgh on June 28, 2011, while The Perks of Being a Wallflower was being filmed, for a broken brake light. Police found 20 grams of marijuana in Miller’s possession. As a result, he was accused of possessing drugs; however, the judge eventually dismissed the accusation.
