He began his career as a writer prior to converting to television as a correspondent for TV Nation in Michael Moore’s satirical news program. His father, Paul Theroux “the writer” is an American and his mother is English. He is also an atheist something which he confirmed in his 2011s documentary ” The Ultra Zionist”.Theroux belongs to the American and British nationality.
