This is a Christian radio station in Kampala, Uganda. In 2010, they come into partnership with her older sister, Shanice Kacungira, with whom they co-founded Blu Flamingo, a digital media management company. From 2012 to 2013, Nancy moved from radio to TV at NTV Uganda, being a newsreader.
However, she shifted and come to Kenya where she came and work in KTN News Kenya as a social media editor in late 2013. In 2015, while still presenting at KTN News Kenya, she won Komla Dumor Award that she applied which gave her a ticket to fly and train at BBC for three months. She came back to KTN News Kenya though she was later hired by the BBC where she was presenting at Focus on Africa on Mondays and World News Today on Friday to Saturday and sometimes on Sundays. At the Uganda Presidential Debate in 2016, Nancy was one of the moderators together with her Ugandan BBC presenter Alan Kasujji.
