Stewart joined the NBC5 station in 1984 as a reporter but currently, he serves as the senior reporter and 5:30 anchor at NBC5-WPTZ & Moderator, ‘Of Vermont This Week’ on Vermont PBS. He is also a veteran of regional media, with most of that time spent at NBC5.
A reporter ordinarily, Stewart edited his secondary school paper, chipped in at WRUV-FM while an understudy studying economics at the University of Vermont, and ended up as the station’s news chief. He next joined WJOY-AM and WQCR-FM (presently WOKO) in South Burlington, at that point Vermont’s driving radio broadcasts, and worked morning drive, anchoring 15 live day-by-day reports.
